201 Ellicott

Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation’s 201 Ellicott project, located in the core of Downtown Buffalo, includes 201 affordable apartments and Braymiller Market.

201 Ellicott is designed to take full advantage of surrounding transit options while encouraging walking, bicycling, use of nearby public transit, and shared vehicles.

Ample indoor bicycle storage and a repair station will be provided for tenants, while outdoor bicycle racks will also be available. It is a quick walk to the Light Rail Rapid Transit (“LRRT”) Lafayette Square and Church Street Stations, where riders can access Main Street. It is also within a few blocks of 8 bus stops and is adjacent to the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) Bus Terminal.

There will also be options for both car-sharing and ride-sharing. Zipcar, a leading on-demand car-sharing network, will be located at the site as a community amenity based on market demands. For added convenience, a pick-up and drop-off for ride sharing services (Uber and Lyft) is also planned.

Additionally, 201 Ellicott is within a 5-minute walk of several commercial parking lots and garages should tenants of the building require parking.
